Open availability is required, including nights and weekends, with a focus on coaching Associates and maintaining store operations. The role supports management in prioritizing tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures, and delivering a positive customer experience while promoting safety and loss-prevention

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience both in-store and at checkout.
• Act as Manager on Duty in adherence to company policy and procedures.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and prioritize accordingly.
• Coach and guide Associates to improve performance and service quality.
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates to management.
