Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store software, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty following policy and procedure.
• Ensure store team fulfills tasks and prioritizes priorities.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback.
• Maintain Associates coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
