• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policies.
• Coaches Associates and delegates tasks to maintain store operations.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are followed and labor is allocated.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage and adheres to safety standards.
