Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc.’s Marshalls location in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Key Carrier to lead in-store operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

As an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, you will supervise Associates, model policy, and coach team members. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow and store operations.
• Proven problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides coaching to Associates and supports training needs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
