Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier who supports store leadership, maintains customer service standards, and adapts to daily store needs. The role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to ensure smooth operations.

You will model exceptional service, coach associates, and help manage opening and closing procedures while upholding labor policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Provides coaching to Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management and Associates
• Promotes and participates in safety, credit and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned
