Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership in Dubuque IA. This role blends tasks of Coordinator with shopping floor leadership and requires open availability, including nights and weekends.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and help maintain store standards. You will guide Associates, coach teammates, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring adherence to policies, safety, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Coaches and develops Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas
• Promotes safety and loss prevention programs
