Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and delivering fast, friendly service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening and closing procedures, securing cash, locking doors, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Performs routine store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
