Job summary

Five Below in Modesto, CA is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) to guide crew, deliver wow customer service, and support daily store operations. You will train associates, assist with opening/closing duties, and drive sales through strong merchandising and teamwork.

The role requires a high school diploma (college experience preferred) and at least one year of management experience. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities and ensure strong customer service.
• Train crew on BEST service and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Coordinate with store leadership on procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
