The position is full-time with a starting wage of $24.50 per hour and annual hours around 38 per week. A wage increase to $25.50 per hour occurs in year two, with benefits typical of ALDI full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead and develop others while delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with daily operations and scheduling.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve store results.
• Supervise team and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
• Assist with inventory, payroll, and loss prevention efforts.
