Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and implementing action plans.
• Set and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Support adherence to company strategy, values, and teamwork.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust operations as needed.
• Provide product feedback to leadership on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Maintain inventory procedures and cash handling controls.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved in leadership's absence.
• Identify hazards and maintain safe working conditions.
• Keep store clean and properly signed at all times.
• Maintain stock levels through product ordering.
• Merchandize products to maximize sales.
• Ensure product quality and accurate signage.
• Assist with payroll, loss control, and staff training.
