Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within a district. You will develop customer relationships, lease self-storage units, handle payments via POS, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service, property maintenance, and meeting safety and cleanliness standards across locations. Weekend availability and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Ability to work Saturdays (and Sundays at times).
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and manage leasing processes and payments via POS.
• Walk the property daily to perform operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Maintain clean, safe facilities and assist with basic maintenance of the store and grounds.
