CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering strong customer service and overseeing daily operations. You will interact with customers, rent units, process payments, and support maintenance tasks, contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient storage environment.

The role emphasizes face-to-face service, sales goals, and teamwork, with daytime hours and potential Sundays off in some locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Vehicle, driver's license, and insurance required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and store grounds, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintaining the facility to meet company guidelines (restrooms, landscaping, parking, tidy doors, decluttered office).
