• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, ensuring proper titles and funding documentation.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments and deposits.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties like filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information.
• Adhere to CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
