Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including contracts and DMV docs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and payoffs.
• Handle cash management tasks: receiving payments, deposits, and security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties like filing, data entry, and reconciling missing information.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.
