• Wow customers with personal contact and train crew on best customer service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
