Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure top service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for rapid shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and maintain alarms and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
