Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to wow customers at checkout, supervise associates, and ensure stock is organized and accessible. You will cover opening/closing duties, cash handling, and daily operations with a focus on service quality.

You will train new hires, optimize merchandising, and partner with the leadership team to boost sales while controlling costs. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; oversees store operations and security.
• Drives sales, manages expenses, and supports training of associates.
