Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and promotes strong customer service.
• Manages receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Handles opening/closing duties, cash security, alarms, and daily preparations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance and service.
