Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to drive operational excellence across our stores in Bethesda, MD.

You will lead projects, optimize inventory systems, and support company-wide initiatives, partnering with SSC and field teams to ensure effective rollout and training of programs. You will analyze data, develop reporting, and help implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and store performance.
