Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to drive operational excellence across our stores. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, improve processes, and leverage technology solutions that increase efficiency and reliability.

You will manage projects, inventory systems, and support company-wide initiatives, acting as a liaison between Field/Stores and the Store Support Center. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Store Operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-4 years retail management or operational support experience.
• Strong focus on customer success, data, technology, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout, training, and communications of programs in Store Ops.
• Build relationships with store teams, field leaders, and partners to ensure successful store execution.
• Elevate store pain points to SSC to develop resolutions and prevent in-store customer service issues.
• Develop reporting and analyze data to improve operations and maximize the value of Total Wine technology investments.
• Visit stores to ensure successful store execution.

About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to support key initiatives that drive operational excellence across our stores. In this role, you will manage operational projects, inventory systems, and support company-wide initiatives that impact store operations. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance store performance, improve operational processes, and leverage technology solutions that increase efficiency and reliability. Acting as a key liaison between the Field/Stores and the Store Support Center, you will help ensure operational programs are implemented effectively and that store teams have the tools and support needed for success. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Store Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Total Wine & More store team members, field leaders, and business partners to ensure successful store execution of projects.
• Understand store team member pain points and elevate issues to SSC partners to develop resolutions and prevent in store customer service issues.
• Coordinate rollouts, training, operational policy updates, and communications of multiple programs and Store Operations enhancements.
• Promote and coach stores on operational policies, procedures, and best practices regarding use of store technology and systems.
• Develop reporting and analyze data to improve operations and maximize the value of Total Wine technology investments.
• Visit stores to ensure successful store execution.

Qualifications

You will come with High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of experience. 1-4 years retail management experience, or previous operational support or customer success role.

Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success, data, technology, and systems.

Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as Excel (Text, Logic, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts), PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Agilence, Atlassian, Power BI, PowerPivot, and Reflexis.

Salary & Compensation

Worker Type: Regular

Pay Range: $70,470.00 - $114,400.00 Annual
