Total Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to support store-wide initiatives, manage operational projects, and optimize inventory systems across our store network.

About the RoleTotal Wine & More is seeking a Sr. Associate, Store Operations to support key initiatives that drive operational excellence across our stores. In this role, you will manage operational projects, inventory systems, and support company-wide initiatives that impact store operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance store performance, improve operational processes, and leverage technology solutions that increase efficiency and reliability. Acting as a key liaison between the Field/Stores and the Store Support Center, you will help ensure operational programs are implemented effectively and that store teams have the tools and support needed for success.
