• Meet and exceed sales, service, and operational objectives.
• Oversee POS transactions in line with company policy.
• Manage inventory control: shipping/receiving, pricing, and audits.
• Lead merchandising, displays, and signage to brand standards.
• Handle scheduling and payroll-related tasks.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
• Develop staff through training and consistent customer service standards.
