Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience supervising a team and participating in interviews.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedule development.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Participate in interviewing for store personnel and maintain store cleanliness.
