Qualifications

• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational action plans and monitor store performance.
• Provide training opportunities and develop team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage; ensure product freshness and signage accuracy.
• Assist with payroll, inventory counts, and loss prevention.
