Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to improve Store Scorecard results.
• Maintain profit through staffing, weekend compliance, and expenses.
• Lead in-store hiring process from applicant contact to onboarding.
• Hire, train, coach, develop, evaluate, and discipline direct reports.
• Establish work strategies and manage colleague performance.
• Direct onboarding and orientation to improve candidate experience.
• Ensure rapid learning curve and reduce turnover.
• Lead training and deployment of tech and store-wide processes.
• Track adoption and coordinate with Central Team on enhancements.
• Manage hours, payroll, and inventory while controlling expenses.
• Maximize sales and minimize expenses.
• Oversee monthly P&L, including selling costs and hourly rate compliance.
• Develop action plans to drive profitability.
• Staffing strategies with Workforce Central.
• Maintain store environment and cleanliness, audits.
• Resolve environment and safety concerns with Facilities.
• Oversee selling areas as needed.
• Foster inclusive environment connecting colleagues and customers.
