Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store.
• Candidate holds a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in staffing, onboarding, budgeting and coaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive overall Store Scorecard results.
• Maintain profit through effective staffing and controllable expenses.
• Lead hiring process: interview, select, and coach peers.
• Manage direct reports: interview, hire, train, and evaluate.
• Develop work strategies, monitor performance, and resolve complaints.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and adoption of store-wide initiatives.
