You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage budgets, payroll, and daily scheduling while driving efficiency and customer service. This role focuses on optimizing the in-store experience, collaborating with Store Leaders to improve the scorecard, control costs, and sustain profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in a retail store.
• Leadership and staff development responsibilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, payroll, and scheduling.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager and Store Leaders to drive store performance.
• Maintain staffing, weekend compliance, and controllable expenses.
• Lead hiring processes, interviewing, selecting, and coaching.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, develop, evaluate, and discipline direct reports.
• Establish work strategies, manage colleague performance and behavior.
• Direct onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Ensure rapid learning curves and reduce turnover.
• Oversee training deployment of initiatives and annual training.
• Track user experience needs and prioritize enhancements with Central Team.
• Manage payroll and store-wide operational expenses.
• Maximize sales and minimize expenses; oversee monthly P&L.
