Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, interviewing, selecting and coaching store staff.
• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, scheduling and workload balance.
• Manage monthly P&L, payroll and controllable expenses to maximize profitability.
• Direct training initiatives and ensure adoption of store-wide process improvements.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to enhance customer experience and environment.
