Job summary

CVS Health's CVS Pharmacy is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and building customer loyalty through service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervisory staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a commitment to safety, quality and a positive CVS

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical thinking required.
• Advanced communication and supervisory skills preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew and drive store execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Plan and execute displays, signage, and weekly promotions.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
