Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. The role focuses on building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service and leading the store when the manager is absent.

The position requires supervising staff, maintaining smooth operations, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise store crews and coordinate with store management.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote CVS customer service culture.
