Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, customer service, and performance. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule with early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a focus on maintaining a positive shopping experience for CVS customers and upholding

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (e.g., myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; support planning, displays, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support off-shelf merchandise planning, display, and maintenance.
