CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team in a hands-on leadership role. You will help plan and drive store execution, coach staff, and ensure a smooth opening/closing process while focusing on delivering excellent customer service.

In this full-time role, you will lead the store during manager absences, supervise crew, handle customer relations per policy, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and weekly displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
• Willing to work full-time with varied shifts including mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities
