CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy stores. You will lead the store team, oversee opening and closing procedures, and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service.

In this role, you will partner with store management, supervise crew, coach colleagues, handle customer questions, stock merchandise, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations. Full-time, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise the store crew.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
