Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to build loyalty and ensure smooth daily operations.

When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store, oversee supervisory staff, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately and safely. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, supervision and influencing skills.
• Available to work full-time with flexible shifts including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is not onsite and ensure execution of opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew by directing activities and ensuring customer service standards.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing, stocking and weekly promotional displays.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to maintain CVS customer service culture.
