Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and executing daily operations while building customer loyalty through exceptional service.

When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to opening/closing procedures. This full-time role requires a 40-hour week and a strong focus on teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervisory abilities.
• Able to work a full-time schedule with flexible hours including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise and coordinate store crews; assign, direct and follow up on tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to maintain operations and customer service.
• Help resolve customer questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Present, price and stock merchandise; support weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
