CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service.

When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store, ensures opening/closing procedures are completed, and coordinates the supervisory staff to maintain smooth operations and a positive shopping experience.

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Lead store execution and performance in collaboration with CVS Store Management.
• Supervise the store crews, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold CVS customer service culture.
