Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate with Associates.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage payroll hours, scheduling and attendance to control costs.
• Develop and coach non-exempt Associates for performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Oversee merchandising, loss prevention, and safety programs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and brand presentation.
