Job summary

Ross Dress For Less is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of Associates. You will recruit, train, and develop leadership staff, manage payroll, scheduling, and adherence to company standards while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

Maintain high customer service, ensure policy compliance, and lead cost controls in a fast-paced retail setting. Evening and weekend availability required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in retail.
• Ability to lead, coach and communicate with Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire store operation to meet company standards and drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers and Supervisors; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and store policies.
• Protect assets through loss prevention practices and inventory control.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, easy-to-shop environment.
