Lowe’s Stores in Brunswick, ME seeks a Department Supervisor to lead front-end and back-end operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage staffing, drive operational excellence, and support store performance with a strong emphasis on safety and shrink control.

Responsibilities include coordinating check-out and service desk activities, engaging with customers, and maintaining high standards of inventory and process integrity.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3 years retail experience (or 5 years if education not met).
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure if required by law.

Mansioni

• Oversees and drives front-end and back-end operations to ensure efficiency.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure appropriate headcount at check-outs and service desks.
• Participate in interviews and input selections for new associates.
• Walk the store to observe and coach in-the-moment.
• Ensure safety and security practices across the store.
• Lead payroll closeout processes and other duties as assigned.
