Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: assigns team members to activities ensuring staff coverage meets customer demands
• Interviews: may participate and provide input into selection decisions for new associates
• Daily connect: understands challenges and elevates issues
• Coaching: provides open feedback and performance coaching; partners with ASM for disciplinary action
• Encourages idea sharing and best practices for customer service and support activities
• Empowers others to make decisions while providing guidance
• Recognizes accomplishments and effective behaviors
• Fosters associate growth via coaching and feedback
• Identifies associate relations concerns and escalates as needed
• Oversees front-end efficiencies like checkouts, returns, overrides, till audits
• Ensures headcount allocation in checkout and admin areas
• Researches shortages/overages and handles register pulls
• Monitors Customer Service desk activity and provides support
• Performs payroll closeout process
• Other duties as assigned
• Back-end supervision: ensures efficient receiving, stocking, freight flow, area recovery
• Back-end operations do not impact customer shopping experience
• Ensures shelves and top stock are replenished and aligned with planograms
• Manages safe and efficient delivery process like staging for delivery
• Oversees night operations for back-end tasks
