Albertsons Companies is seeking a Person In Charge (PIC) to lead the Front End in the absence of store management. The PIC ensures friendly, courteous service, makes store decisions for efficiency, and may supervise cashiers during night shifts.

May work across departments to maintain optimal store operations and customer experience. Responsibilities include handling emergencies, supervising staff, monitoring service levels, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.

• Knowledge of store operations and policies.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service as defined by employer.
• Supervise store personnel in absence of Store Director.
• Maintain familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor service and product replenishment on sales floor.
• Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment, and close of day tasks.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store environment.
• Assist other cashiers with POS issues and customer needs.
• Perform basic office functions to support customers and staff.
