Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Store Operations Associate to help lead in-store operations and uphold brand standards. You will support efficient shipment processing, inventory accuracy, product placement, and backstock management to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining front and back of house presentation, assisting with planogram updates and storewide merchandising, and collaborating with team members to deliver world-class service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business, including before or after hours.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
• Can read and follow Brand Standards guidelines.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and place product on shelves.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• 60% Operations: support shipment processing, inventory accuracy counts, damages, transfers, and paperwork; maintain stockroom; keep areas clean and organized.
• 30% Inventory Management/Loss Prevention: use company tools to support inventory and omni-channel experience; follow safety and loss prevention policies.
• 10% People: work with others to meet store needs; assist onboarding and training; advocate for diversity and belonging.
