Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business, including before or after business hours.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail oriented and able to follow company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• 60% Operations: Support shipment processing, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization; ensure brand standards are met and store looks presentable; may open/close the store.
• 30% Inventory Management/Loss Prevention: Use company tools to support inventory, follow safety and loss prevention policies, and inventory control procedures.
• 10% People: Work with others to deliver a world-class customer experience; assist with onboarding and training as needed, promote diversity and inclusion.
