Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to execute brand standards to support customer service.
• Can read and follow Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• 60% Operations: support timely shipment processing, 48-hour turnaround from delivery, product placement, ASN acknowledgement, damages, inventory accuracy counts, transfers, and retention of all paperwork; maintain stockroom and brand standards.
• 30% Inventory Management/Loss Prevention: use company technology to support inventory processes and omni-channel shopping; comply with safety and LP policies and inventory control procedures.
• 10% People: work with others to support customers, onboard/train new associates, and advocate for diversity and belonging.
