Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in hiring, developing and guiding store associates, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will help manage daily operations, oversee inventory and omni-channel fulfillment, and assist with scheduling, payroll and opening/closing procedures. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching and strong communication to build a diverse, high-performing team focused on

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
1+ year prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
Effective communication with team and management.
Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

30% Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach, and ensure policy adherence.
30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes and omnichannel fulfillment.
Store operations: manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment and protect assets, follow policies.
