In this role you’ll oversee brand standards, inventory accuracy, omni-channel initiatives, and daily execution of store processes while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
• People: train, develop and coach team, recruit when needed and keep associates informed.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Inventory/payroll: manage inventory, payroll hours and store procedures.
• Safety: protect assets, enforce safety and loss prevention policies.
