Qualifications

• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plan associates’ daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• 30% People: recruit, train and develop teams; coach and counsel; maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: execute company processes; manage inventory, payroll hours and omni-channel fulfillment.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safe store environment and protect assets; follow policies.
