Job summary
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Bay Shore, NY. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive store operations, and uphold Burlington’s standards of service and asset protection.
Responsibilities include supervising receiving, staffing, training, and coordinating with District/Regional management to deliver high performance and exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Three+ years of retail management or store operations experience.
- Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
- Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
- Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
- Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and smooth register flow.
- Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
- Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with inventory accuracy.
- Act as Manager on Duty to lead by example and drive store results.
- Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
- Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
- Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
