Burlington Stores in Wisconsin–Green Bay is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach teams, and drive outstanding customer service and assets protection. You will guide cashiers, customer service staff, and receiving teams, while partnering with district and regional leadership to deliver results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexibility to work varied shifts, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large retail setting.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsabilités

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to maintain smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty, modeling leadership and driving store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
