Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district. You will build customer relationships, provide outstanding service, and meet monthly sales metrics while performing daily store and maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes hands-on customer contact, unit leasing, payments, and property upkeep on-site. You’ll work to ensure a clean, safe facility and contribute to a positive work culture, with opportunities for growth across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Able to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, climb or balance on a ladder as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, take payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
